Korai is an artist-run space in Nicosia that aims to facilitate and showcase research in the field of arts. It was established in 2017 by Andreas Mallouris and Theodoulos Polyviou, and it is managed by Andreas Mallouris since 2019.
Korai seeks to push the boundaries of cultural production through various formats of dissemination such as exhibition making, curating, residencies and opportunities for networking. At Vima, Korai will feature a presentation of drawings from the artists who collaborated with korai since 2017: Eleni Bagaki, Débora Delmar, Erica Eyres, Georgina Hill, Perce Jerrom, Anna Laskari, Maria Loizidou, Andreas Mallouris, Panayiotis Michael, Anastasia Mina, Billy Morgan, Eleni Odysseos, Rafael Perez Evans, Aggelos Plessas, Scott Rogers, Sarah Rose, Nana Sachini, Efi Savvides, Goswing Schwendinger, Sophia Stevi.
